PROVEN MODEL OF COOPERATION
DEVELOPED THROUGH YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Our office, in its current form, was established in the year 2015. We had one goal - to combine our passion for accounting with the needs of companies. We want to share our knowledge and experience. We attach great importance to training. Each of our employees has completed or is currently undergoing level I, II and III training organized by the Association of Accountants in Poland. At the same time, we educate ourselves and expand our knowledge in the field of human resources and payroll. This allows us to offer comprehensive service to our clients.

We offer our clients service by one dedicated person who knows the entire company. Such work arrangement means quick answers to questions, efficient document searching and problem solving. Unusual situations, overstated or understated costs compared to previous months - we are able to detect any discrepancies. We provide assistance in completing loan and leasing applications and answering analysts' questions.

We invite all entrepreneurs to our office. We try to make both a sole proprietor and
a company employing several dozen people feel that they are taken care of by professionals. For us, every entrepreneur is a business partner.

OUR TEAM

ANITA MATUSZAK

She graduated in Finance and Banking from the West Pomeranian Business School, master’s studies at the University of Szczecin and postgraduate studies in accounting at the West Pomeranian University of Technology. An accountant with many years of experience – from working in an accounting office, through the position of chief accountant, to the owner of an accounting office.

She likes challenges – messy documents and the need to put the company’s books straight are her passion. Searching for interesting rulings and tax interpretations – which can change the perspective on individual cost items. She is undeniably
a supporter of keeping commercial books – she can talk for hours about their superiority over other forms of accounting (which does not mean that she will not keep a tax ledger of income and expenses).

Boss by choice. At work, she focuses on positive cooperation – because the company is made up of employees.

For many years she has been fighting the stereotype of an accountant – a lady in            a long skirt, boring and unattractive, whose job is to copy numbers from invoices into
a computer. Knowledge and experience – this is what she will be happy to share with every client while at the same time showing that accounting is much more than entering numbers into a table.

Privately, she is a married woman (married for such a long time that many find it admirable), with two children (now adults). She has been fascinated by books since childhood. Amateur sports. Running, triathlon – this is her idea of calming down, spending free time and releasing positive endorphins.

MARTA ZAWADZKA

and business practices in the area of labor law, keeping employee records, calculating remuneration and managing human capital in organizations. As an HR area auditor. She conducts expert training in the field of legalization of stay and employment of foreigners.

Meticulous, customer-oriented, open to new challenges and ready to constantly expand her knowledge.

An efficient manager in our office, she is responsible for comprehensive organization and coordination of current administrative and office matters, and ensures the right atmosphere and work organization. She tries her best to pass on her knowledge to younger members of our team. She breaks the stereotype of a boring and humorless accountant. Privately, she is the mother of a teenager. She is a triathlete and a lover of all physical activities. In her free time, she reads countless books and watches good films.

ALEKSANDRA DĄBROWSKA

She is gaining knowledge and experience under the supervision of our accountants. She is eager to learn new things and quickly acquires knowledge, which she later uses in practice by performing the tasks assigned to her. Thanks to her meticulousness and diligence, she integrated into our company without any problems. Her main area of interest is human resources and she is trained mainly in that area of expertise.

Her professional career is related to drums, but this does not mean that there will be no place for accounting in her life. She develops her skills in two very different fields. but she is able to successfully combine these two thanks to her abilities.
